Admissions Policy


To apply for admission to any of our schools please complete one of the two application forms (electronic fillable or blank form to print off and complete by hand).

Please submit the completed application form to the school to which you are applying. A $50 (non-refundable) administration fee must accompany this application. Please make cheques payable to the school. The filing of this application and administration fee does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance is subject to space and availability. Upon acceptance a non refundable deposit of the first month's tuition is required.

One month's notice is required if a child is to be withdrawn from the school. If this notice is not received, one (1) additional month's tuition will be charged.

Please note that it is the parent/legal guardian's responsibility to inform the school's office of any changes to the students information. Parents/guardians must agree to ensure full payment of all fees in advance in one of the following ways:

  1. By single advance tuition payment of the full amount; or
  2. By submitting twelve (12) equal tuition payments using the pre-authorized debit form.
